First licensed in real estate in 1978, Tom has gained a practical knowledge of the critical components of real estate investments. From his earliest education as a financial planner, he learned the tax benefits of owning real estate investment property.
Drawing from his experience as the manager of the Loan Center for a commercial bank, as well as his former position as Regional Manager for a national 1031 exchange company, Tom brings a uniquely qualified background to his work in investment property brokerage.
